Terms of Use

Prism · Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Prism, a daily puzzle game published by MCODE. By playing, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

The licence you get

You may install and play Prism on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. That licence is free, non-exclusive, and lasts as long as you follow these terms.

What you may not do

Coins, themes and other in-game items

Prism has no purchases of any kind. Coins are earned by playing and have no monetary value, cannot be bought, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices beyond the game's own cloud save. Items you unlock with coins are a licence to use them inside the game, not property.

We may adjust what things cost, what they do, or how they are earned, as the game is balanced. Nothing here is a promise that a price stays fixed.

Advertising

The game is supported by advertising. Some ads are optional and rewarded — you choose to watch them in exchange for something, and declining costs you nothing. Others appear between puzzles. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob and we do not control their specific content; if you see an ad that appears to break the law or Google's policies, please tell us and we will report it.

Your streak and your progress

We do our best to keep your progress safe, and it is synced to our servers so it survives a new device. We cannot guarantee it against every failure — a device lost before it syncs, an uninstall, or a service outage can lose progress. A streak is a game mechanic, not a possession, and we are not able to compensate for one that is lost.

Availability

The daily puzzle is generated on your device and is playable offline. Leaderboards, cloud save and ads need a connection. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including the online features, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these.

The legal part

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, MCODE makes no warranties about it and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
